Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Patricia received an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Development from the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University.

A 1999 graduate of The Nashville School of Law and a former Assistant District Attorney General for the 20th Judicial District of the State of Tennessee, Carlton has fifteen years of experience in residential and commercial real estate closings. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at The Nashville School of Law, a consultant and guest lecturer with the Vanderbilt School of Law Real Estate Collaboration Project, sat as a Special Judge for the Davidson County Courts, sat as Chairman of the Davidson County Community Corrections Advisory Board, provided training to several Middle Tennessee real estate companies regarding contracts and real estate law and serves as General Counsel for Re/Max Elite.

Our staff has over 80 years of collective experience in real estate closings. Their duties include every facet of working to coordinate, process, close and issue title insurance for all our individual clients, lender and real estate agent associates.

Title is underwritten by Chicago Title Insurance Company. Compass Land Title, LLC meets or exceeds all CFPB Best Practice policies including real time three-way escrow account reconciliation, email encryption capability and industry highest server security, E&O, fidelity bond and cybercrime coverage.
For Sellers, Rebecca manages all communication with photographers, stagers, appraisers, and anything to do with the MLS. Rebecca oversees all marketing for listings, and is always on the go traveling to listings in the surrounding cities of Nashville to take detailed notes about our listings. Rebecca insures that all marketing materials are up to date, email blasts and direct-mail marketing are coordinated, that signage looks good, lockboxes work, and any other pertinent details needed to make our listings stand out and create the best impression in the mind of buyers. This gives us every opportunity to sell a house immediately. Rebecca also runs our bi-monthly Seller Reports to provide metrics to our Sellers on how our listings are tracking on-line so we can understand the ‘math’ or the stats of our digital marketing.
Sellers reports are a critical part of our business because we track any and all marketing possible.
